An Implemented Strategic Plan Engages Job Candidates in Business and at Work

During a meeting last week with a client who developed and implemented their strategic plan 3 years ago, they mentioned that during interviews last week, candidates were especially happy to learn not only of the company’s strategic plan, but more importantly, their strategic values and their culture. One particularly engaged candidate reported that Client was the only company the candidate encountered that discussed their strategic plan and values during the interview process.
