Male CEOs, female workers differ on workplace equality

A recent poll by the Siena Research Institute suggests male CEOs are not aware of the issues women face in the upstate New York workplace. The poll surveyed 524 business leaders and 804 randomly selected residents on how much opportunity women have to be successful, as well as to what degree various challenges affect them in the workplace.
